Mrs Anne Darwin has offered to repay nearly £600,000 at a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing at Leeds Crown Court. Mrs Darwin was jailed for six and a half years in July 2008 for fraud and money laundering after Mr Darwin faked his death to claim life insurance and pension cash.
